Terms and Conditions

FIRST CLAUSE: PURPOSE
By means of this agreement, THE COMPANY undertakes to provide THE CLIENT with tourist activity services on the agreed date, in accordance with the conditions previously communicated.

SECOND CLAUSE: PAYMENT

  1. THE CLIENT agrees to pay the total amount of _____ for the contracted services.
  2. To confirm the reservation, THE CLIENT shall pay 30% of the total amount to THE COMPANY’s bank account, as a guarantee and confirmation.
  3. The remaining 70% must be paid in full prior to the start of the турист activity.

THIRD CLAUSE: CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  1. In the event of cancellation of the activity by THE CLIENT, no refund of the amount paid shall be granted under any circumstances.
  2. If the activity cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, illness of the client, عدم attendance, abandonment of the route, or any other unjustified reason, THE COMPANY shall not issue any refund.
  3. Only in the event that THE COMPANY is unable to provide the service due to causes directly attributable to it (e.g., internal logistics, staff availability, administrative cancellation), the activity will be rescheduled in coordination with THE CLIENT.

FOURTH CLAUSE: RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. THE COMPANY guarantees that the services offered comply with established safety measures and that it has qualified personnel for the contracted activity.
  2. THE CLIENT declares having been informed about the level of difficulty, inherent risks, and conditions of the activity, and assumes full responsibility for voluntary participation.
